• Where can I park my car?
  The hotel has two private and guarded parking and one garage available for a fee. Spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. Alternatively, parking is available on surrounding streets, all without parking meters.
• Can I bring my dog/cat to the hotel?
  We gladly welcome small to medium-sized cats and dogs. Service fee: €10.00 per day. Thank you for your understanding.
• Is it possible to accommodate a family of four in one room?
  Yes, we have this type of room available.
• Is it possible to request an additional crib in the room?
  Yes, we have travel cribs available on request for children aged 0 to 3 years.
• Can I book rooms for long stays?
  Yes, our junior suite rooms with residence use are ideal for this kind of need.
• Is breakfast always included in the rates?
  No, it depends on the selected rate.

  Yes, the Piacenza city tax must be paid directly at the hotel and is not included in our rates. Exemptions apply for all minors and certain categories. Price: €3.50 per night per person, up to a maximum of 4 nights.
